What is the status of my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please check your email for shipping and order confirmation. Registered users may also login to 'My Account' to view order status and history.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. No questions Asked. Just Send any unused portion to Dr Rudy Products 450 N. Bedford Drive Suite 209, Beverly Hills, CA 90210, and your name and address and we will refund your money promptly.

*Unfortunately at this time we are unable to mail return labels to international addresses. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Dr Rudy Oral Care Productswill automatically bill your credit card and ship to the address of your choice. Your card will not be billed until the product is shipped to you.
